SPEC is a Calgary based EPCM company focused on the design of Oil and Gas Production / Processing facilities including Heavy oil "Cold" production processing, Cyclic Steam Injection and SAGD. In addition to land based operations, SPEC has significant design and troubleshooting experience in off shore production platforms.
SPEC offers the full spectrum of engineering services for all diciplines. Our services include; feasibility studies, process selection, optimization, project AFE estimates, detailed design, project procurement and expediting, construction management, commissioning and start-up.
SPEC Engineering has completed projects throughout western Canada as well as Alaska and more recently internationally.
SPEC balances large project activities with long-term client relationships, and prides itself on managing strategic alliances.
SPEC Engineering Inc. along with our associated Construction division are available to execute EPC type work including shop module fabrication. We have demonstrated success with numerous clients and they have found this arrangement to be quite beneficial and now preferred as a means to control and mitigate costs. Furthermore in today's tight labour market a strategic alliance that provides a service to Design/Build from Engineering, to shop fabrication, to field Construction may be beneficial to your business.
SPEC Engineering is ideally suited for small to medium size projects and to date completed projects range from relatively small capital expenditures (<$250K) up to full grassroots projects valued at $95MM US.
